ABOUT US
Growing up in Baden, Ontario, we developed a passion for BBQ and smoking different cuts of meat, constantly experimenting with new techniques. While the BBQ community often uses a towel, butcher paper, tin foil, and a cooler for resting meat, we found the towel method unappealing due to lingering smells. That's why we created The Meat Swadl, a dedicated solution for resting meat that eliminates the need for a towel and cooler, offering better results and a simpler process.
